Current distribution operations must have accurate inventory, streamlined processes and satisfied employees to boost productivity and minimize operating costs. Integrating the Distribution Center Management software to warehouse automation technologies is done with configuration settings and the Integrator (EAI system). Position: Senior Business System Analyst.

Reports to: Senior Management

Purpose of the Role:
Work closely with the Sr. Vice President & Director to assist in defining, launching, implementing, and managing of activities within a project.

Engagement:
Business requirements gathering, process mapping & optimization, data analysis, and competitive/market analysis, understanding the client requirements and active participation with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with internal and external business customers to document both functional and non-functional requirements.
  2. Confer with clients to identify and document requirements and conduct business and technical studies.
  3. Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  4. Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  5. Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches. Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  6. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Develop and implement software and information system testing policies and procedures.
  7. Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
  8. Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
  9. Update knowledge about DCMS and its application to our industry or technology trends for better client management.
  10. Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users and develop information communication procedures.
  11. Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources thereby analyze market or customer related data.
  12. Identify and analyze supply chain industry and geographic trends with business strategy implications.
  13. Analyze technology trends to identify markets for our product development to improve sales, product deliveries, client and supply chain management of existing products.
  14. Identify and monitor current and potential customers using business intelligence tools.
  15. Contribute to IT solution quality by assisting in the development of quality test plans and participate in testing processes. Represent our IT division in operational readiness to ensure IT solution life cycle sustainability.
  16. May lead and co-ordinate teams of analysts, developers and programmers working on project.

Minimum hiring requirements:

University degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or related Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 8+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Project Lead within multinational IT, Banking, Supply Chain Distribution companies. Exceptional knowledge in programming and development for IT products. Experience in Mainframes, Waterflow or Agile methodologies would be an asset. Ability to quickly understand business processes, products and services and apply to strategic direction. Understanding of the Software Development Life cycle (SDLC). Strong research, analytical, data collection and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Formal Business Analysis training would be an asset. Position: Marketing Coordinator

Purpose of the Role:
Work within the organisation on full-time permanent basis to look after marketing and sales as a coordinator / assistantand ability to perform sales for wide range of Indus Links products to work closely with Sr. Vice President.

Engagement:
Marketing requirements, branding, promotion, market research analysis,management of sales materials, canopies, flyers, coordinate and assist in marketing strategies and work in a fast-paced challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for our wide range of products
  2. Collaborate with our vendors, suppliers and our client engagement representatives to analyze and communicate benefits of our products, placing them with retailers. Advise on advertising and sales promotion strategies by focusing on the brand
  3. You will be the key personnel in our company to promote our business to our clients,encourage open dialogue and viewpoints to ensure customer needs are met and the product coordinating team is receiving enough information and support it needs to be successful.
  4. You will leverage your knowledge of our product as well as customer feedback and analytics to provide recommendations for the direction and desired outcome of it
  5. You will develop and execute marketing plans to ensure customers have personalized experiences to find our food products and services to meet their needs and help them achieve their goals
  6. You’ll develop and actively maintain a comprehensive strategy and roadmap and set key deliverables
  7. You’ll work with our team to support you with your visual requirements and with our media team to help get our message out to our clients, implement advertising campaigns appropriate for electronic media, chalk out display signs or canopies at our product distribution and displays
  8. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and any other pamphlets as required

Position: Supply Chain Supervisor.

Purpose of the Role:
Work within the organisation on full-time permanent basis to look after Supply chain and coordinate with management with ability to look after the supply chain demand and distribution of wide range of Indus Links products by working closely with Sr. Vice President.

Engagement:
Supply chainrequirements, market research analysis,management of products, inventories, distribution network management, logistics support, coordinate and assist all the departments for smooth logistics operations, prioritizing strategies and work in a fast-paced challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of junior team members and engage in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventories of Indus Links products, processing and recording purchasing transactions.
  2. Co-ordinating logistics support, dispatch staff, scheduling transportation and coordinate the loading and unloading of all the products at our warehouse
  3. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of our company, establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, prepare and submit progress of daily reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain division
  4. Maintain and supervise the safety procedures and company policies
  5. Supervise that the inventories are maintained and must raise requisition of any supplies and materials and when required

Position: Administrative Assistant.

Purpose of the Role:
Work within the organisation on full-time permanent basis to look after the administration and office matter to work closely with Director and other senior management.

Engagement:
Office requirements, administration and management of the records and provide operations at a fast-paced challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Filing and data entry and processing of our vendor invoices
  2. Maintain office supply inventory including general office supplies and other equipment supplies and re-stocking as required
  3. Responsible for managing PPE inventory and assisting employees with their PPE requirements
  4. Assist with local implementation of Indus LinksHealth and Safety policies
  5. Daily reception coverage and collecting mail and distributing in the office
  6. Coordinate supply chain vehicle loading and unloading service requests at our warehouse and coordinate monthly vehicle logs
  7. Monitor, schedule and confirm appointments and meetings withvendors, record and prepare minutes of meetings and make travel plans for senior management for those meetings.
  8. Catering management for both internal and external meetings, determine and establish office procedures
  9. Must greet visitors, ascertain nature of our Supply Chain and IT business and direct visitors to the right person in our office.
